In neighborhoods across America people gathered with old friends and new friends to talk, play, eat and just enjoy a Tuesday evening under the sun. In Belleville, Little Zion was one of several such gatherings where city officials, police, residents and visitors met to participate in the annual tradition designed to return the concept of 'neighbor" to the neighborhood.
